The welcoming staff made our stay memorable, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. the room service was excellent, the daily breakfast overlooking the ocean was a delightful treat, and the location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions. We took advantage of the tours and activities desk to book excursions, including surfing lessons with Ariel, who was fantastic. the beach access, although monitored for security, was convenient, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sand just a stone's throw away from our room. The fusion gastronomy experience at El Pelícano was a highlight, offering fresh seafood and a culinary journey that paired perfectly with the stunning ocean views. the relaxed atmosphere and proximity to the Santa Cruz's cultural delights made our stay both rejuvenating and adventurous.
